Benjamin Kleinhenz was very kind and professional and explained everything very thoroughly for me and answered all my questions and he and his staff from the receptionist and nurse were all very kind and welcoming

Lisette from billing makes me to never repeat services from this provider. Horrible customer service and unwilling to give an escalation and very unwilling to try to resolve issues.
I had both of my hips replaced by Dr. True. I am without pain now. My only misgivings about the hip replacements is that I waited too long to have the replacements performed. I now walk, sit and sleep without pain. I can walk over 15k steps, I cut the grass, rake leaves, shovel snow, I can sit and sleep without pain. My home therapist recommends Dr. True to any of his clients who are considering hip or knee replacement. Thanks Beacon and Dr. True. My quality of life has improved immensely.
