I’m editing my review! Since I can’t give two reviews I’m adding onto my last one. We have missed appoint in the past due to being homeless and not being able to get any help. We had an appointment today, but Elijah was diagnosed with pneumonia over the weekend. I tried to call and reschedule or do a virtual visit and they refused. I don’t know why my past review isn’t even there. If you get sick or you’re moving out of town and accidentally miss an appointment they will call DCS on you! I have been nothing but open honest about our situation to my son’s dietician and this is the second time she has called. The first time I acted like I didn’t know and dealt with DCS accordingly. I called the other day to reschedule and got a call back. I realized that my tags were expired and I was 2 hours away from the doctors office so I said I needed to reschedule.... read more
They have the best specialty doctors, highly recommend!!
The 5 stars is strictly for Dr. Ansari. He has always been very kind and respectful to my daughter and me! She enjoys going to her visits! He has really helped get her asthma under control (for the most part), no more hospital stays!!! He pays attention to her symptoms and is knowledgeable about what he thinks is working and what isn’t and has tweaked her medication routine a few times.
