I’m editing my review! Since I can’t give two reviews I’m adding onto my last one. We have missed appoint in the past due to being homeless and not being able to get any help. We had an appointment today, but Elijah was diagnosed with pneumonia over the weekend. I tried to call and reschedule or do a virtual visit and they refused. I don’t know why my past review isn’t even there. If you get sick or you’re moving out of town and accidentally miss an appointment they will call DCS on you! I have been nothing but open honest about our situation to my son’s dietician and this is the second time she has called. The first time I acted like I didn’t know and dealt with DCS accordingly. I called the other day to reschedule and got a call back. I realized that my tags were expired and I was 2 hours away from the doctors office so I said I needed to reschedule.... read more
