I love my doctor and the people here are great, but the check-in and online portal need to be assessed by an entity that understands UX. It's slow and requires entering several redundant pieces of information to simply get checked in - slow, painful processes in any digital product are never used as intended. Considering such processes intent to provide value through convenience and accuracy, it's currently counterintuitive and needs to be revised.
I've seen Dr. George, Dr. Stanton, and Dr. Romo here. They all gave me excellent care & Dr. Romo now my primary care provider. They have been really fantastic about actually listening to my concerns, ordering needed tests, making referrals, and following up. The Beacon "patient portal" has been really nice & it has been easy to access my records, test results, etc. The rest of the staff have all been pleasant and professional as well & the facilities are always clean and perfectly adequate.
