Friendly and attentive staff
Taylor Phillips doesn’t care about the employees and honestly don’t think she’s a good fit for the position
This business is the absolute most disorganized, incompetant business I have ever dealt with. Tried paying a bill over the phone, the same bill that was billed to an incorrect insurance company, and the employee was not able to help me. Said my card wouldn't go thru. Very unlikely!! How does that happen? As far as the medical aspect I am not at liberty to say right now but when all is said and done I will have my say. I only gave a one star because I had to mark one to give my opinion. UGH
Was on hold for over 15 minutes trying to pay my bill. They hung up! I have been trying to pay this for over a month!
