4/16/26 If I were able to leave 0 stars I would. Came in for an appointment for insurance. Doors were locked, rang the doorbell and no one answered. Finally managed to get in and many workers passed up and didn’t offer to help, not a single soul at the front desk. finally this kind lady did and told us she would let the person we have an appointment with know. We waited 30min and haven’t heard a thing. My husband called the person we had an appointment with multiple times and she never picked up. Very unprofessional place.

This business is the absolute most disorganized, incompetant business I have ever dealt with. Tried paying a bill over the phone, the same bill that was billed to an incorrect insurance company, and the employee was not able to help me. Said my card wouldn't go thru. Very unlikely!! How does that happen? As far as the medical aspect I am not at liberty to say right now but when all is said and done I will have my say. I only gave a one star because I had to mark one to give my opinion. UGH
