Dr. Greenberg is ALWAYS very thorough. He explains everything related to my condition, plans for treatment and why that plan should help, and future appointments. When I get diagnostic tests completed, such as blood work, he always calls me to discuss the results and any related plan of action or change. Such a caring and thorough approach is going to take time when meeting with him, so, be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes here. That being said, he is often running behind schedule, adjust your schedule for this.

Left work to go to my doctor’s appointment at the Beacon Kalamazoo Diabetes and Endocrine Center only to find the office was closed due to a power outage that had been down since the day before. When I received a text reminder stating that my appointment was still scheduled. It would’ve been nice to receive some type of notice that the appointment was cancelled before I had to leave work just to find out the office had been closed since the day prior.

I am looking for a new Dr for my diabetes. I am over the long wait times to see Dr. GREENBERG. Only 1 other patient was in a room before me. My apt. Was at 10am. After waiting for an hour he left the other patient and went to his office. After 10 min. I asked the nurse if he was coming, she checked with him and he said another 10 min.
