Reached out on the weekend was contacted early the next week, schedule was accommodated in short order..tech Dean and helper Isreal made easy work of my request and assured me I made a great call. If you need any irrigation work at all these guys don't play. They get it done...well...for a very reasonable price.
Dean and Israel were great. They came for a diagnostic, corrected the issue in under an hour, found issues with 2 sprinkler heads and corrected those, and provided valuable info to help maintain our koi pond. Very highly recommend Beacon.
Dean is very knowledgeable and professional Great Service
First Rhonda who handles the incoming calls is so helpful and really nice. Then Dean who actually does the irrigation work is amazing!! he even called me after hours to help me to see what the problem could be. So incredible. His side kick Isreal is really good too. This company has always come through for us. We manage a lot of commercial and residential properties.
