Valerie was so attentive and professional. She explained the process so well and made us feel comfortable about what to expect. I have gotten such wonderful care from the nurses that have came to my home to care for me. Today, I had been having issues with a health provider that I could not reach or I was placed on hold then disconnected. I mentioned this to my Nurse Valaria and she went above all with several calls until my issue was resolved. That is rare these days. I just wanted to let you guys know.
