We've lived in a Beacon home for over three years and the home is now five years old. ,Our house, in Provo, is on the whole very well built. We were also looking at Ivory homes and, as our realtor told us, a Beacon home is generally of better build quality. The house has good bones with high quality windows and fittings, very good energy efficiency, and great curb appeal. Our neighbors are also satisfied with their houses.
