Critical:QualityInspector told us we could paint over damage when buying. When we prepped to paint, the damage was significantly more than we expected, and required professional repair. More concerned with collecting his fee than doing quality work.

Walt went out of his way to inspect problem areas in our home. He made recommendations to correct the issues, referred us to to reputable contractors to fix things, and spent a good deal of time with my husband discussing these matters. And he showed up when he said he would and returned our call when he said he would; which is a big deal when dealing with companies. Great guy!
