RecommendedI lived there for a few years and had nothing but the best service there.
I have lived here for 8 years. And in that time, especially since new management, the service has gone down hill. They use to go around and pick up trash. They no longer do that. Snow removal is disastrous. They finally cleared the sidewalks, but leading up to the apartments have not been touched.
I'm somewhat disappointed at the neglect since the changeover. Phone mailbox is full and not available. Management and maintenance is invisible. There is garbage sitting on balconies. ....Worst of all! I am embarrassed to have guests because no one is Maintaining the GARBAGE room and the building reaks of garbage. This has to fall under some kibd of code violation. My A/C does not work correctly and I gave them notice I won't pay rent till issues are fixed.
Why did Beacon Hill charge people a pet deposit and now post notices that people with pets are in violation of the Community House Rules and will be evicted as of Aug 1st? Review your lease agreement before it is too late!
