I had a great experience working with this Jen at Beacon. She consistently provided high-quality candidates who were well-qualified and aligned with our hiring needs. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and Jen was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with Jen again.
Applied for a job on Indeed that was posted on the behalf of this agency. Received a call at 4:45 this afternoon about said job. When I asked her to go more in-depth about the job, she scheduled to call me back the next afternoon at 2:00. Very unprofessional in my eyes, and I am weary about using this agency in my continuing job search.
I have heard about Beacon Hill for the last 3 years but I have applied- reached out on phone and never got a call back, email, or anything. its as if the company doesn't exist so I can't rate something I never had the chance to experience
Lily Strailey wasted my time interviewing me for a position that wasn’t even available. After about 10 minutes of talking and gathering info from me she says the employer hired a candidate the day before but this wasn’t mentioned until the interview was pretty much over.Then says she’ll keep my resume on file in case another similar position opens up but why would I believe that if she wasn’t honest with me to start our interview? If she or Beacon Hill in general reaches out to you keep your optimism low.
I have been working with Emily Haines-LaPenta and Paige Thomas in regard to pursuing contract and full-time placement. I am extremely impressed with the detailed and forth-right dialogue we have been able to have regarding fit for any given position/company in regard to skillset, culture, and expectations.
