I actually had a great recruiter last year who helped me get several assignments. However , after my contract ended with the long term job I had, I never heard from my recruiter or Beacon Hill. I reached out via email and phone multiple times for a few weeks. It was extremely frustrating and unfortunate because I did enjoy my time with the assignments I received. I, however, will not continue to pursue working with this company because of the lack of communication and unprofessionalism.

I had the opportunity to interview with Kate Carter, who provided valuable feedback and was very understanding. She mentioned that a position would be lined up for me, but I have not received any follow-up yet, and it has been over a week.
Beacon Hill has recently rebranded and reshuffled some of its staff, letting some long-time employees go. Unfortunately, despite those changes, the experience for some candidates remains the same. Recruiters here continue to set appointments with potential candidates—appointments that require people to rearrange their already busy schedules—only to deliver a no-call, no-show without any communication or follow-up to reschedule.
