I would not recommend this company for any agency recruiters, lack leadership, lack structure and the DC perm team is not growing because they have a leader who only cares about his Own Production in Philadelphia. The team has turned over 3 people in six months! Red flag! Biggest career mistake in my life. I declined their offer two years ago and I should have kept it declined!
