As the other reviewers said, they will ghost you quite a lot...you're just an inventory item to them. Sometimes recruiters like Tricia El Ali might reach out seeming nice and helpful but remember that they are working for a client and not you. The worst part is when act all excited to keep you on the hook and feeling hopeful only for them to ghost you and having to email Beacon Hill's own central HR to get them to respond with a basic position filled email. No contact from my recruiter beyond the initial interview. All contact after has been initiated by me. Each job I expressed interest in was declined. Would not recommend.
I would not and do not recommend this staffing agency for those actively looking for employment opportunities, as they are very unprofessional and non responsive. I attempted to work with them in 2022 (Julie N. was the recruiter), as well as three weeks ago and I was ghosted after both screening sessions.
