We started to rent this apartment a month ago. It’s amazing place for living warm, quiet and cozy. The property manager Brenda is amazing lady! Because we had moved from different province our driving took 15 hours and Brenda met us at 11-30 PM!!! And gave us a key! So appreciate that! Our apartment building always clean and has some decorations, we met here Thanksgiving and Halloween. There were some treats in a hallway. We are so happy to live here
As a newcomer to Canada, I feel very fortunate to be living in such a great community at Beacon Heights. The location here is excellent. It truly makes for a convenient, walkable lifestyle. Residents can easily walk to essential retail, restaurants, and key transportation links right outside the door, making daily errands an effortless part of the routine. As former a Torontonian I lived in 7 countries and the Beacon Heights complex is the best organized building complex I've ever lived at. Manager Brenda, Grant, Jose, Mike and the team are top notch and really care about their tenants. Congrats :o)
This is amazing place and Brenda has been one of the best person to be known in Canada including entire team being super friendly and what an amazing place well managed
Without a doubt the best place I've ever lived in Calgary. Brenda is a phenomenal property manager who genuinely cares about the residents, is always quick to respond to any concerns, consistently works to foster a sense of community and brings such positive energy to our building. The entire staff is nothing short of friendly, helpful and hard-working.
