Unfortunately, I had a pathetic experience with them today, I am very disappointed, I called them to book an appointment for viewing and their virtual assistant booked me for Saturday 3pm, I kept receiving messages regarding the appointment that “Rosie will be assisting you for the tour”, when I reached there spending $30 on Uber, they did not even let me in and the agent through intercom said even though virtual assistant booked you but we are closed sat and sun ! He did not even listen to me and disconnected the call twice... read more
Lived here for 3 years and never had any problems. Things were fixed very quickly and communication was very easy
