The hygienist who cleaned my teeth today just wanted to get her job done. There is really no patient care mindset. Her hands were all over cheek and she didn't seem to care that she was cleaning a live human's teeth. I had given this clinic a second chance after a bad experience last year. I am still feeling the soreness from the cleaning this afternoon. Will not go back again unless they change their attitude and re-educate their staff. Ps: the lady at the reception was great.
