Best eye exam/eyeglass experience ever. Dr. Whelan and staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made the whole experience light and pleasant. Bonus “staff member” Frances is a true asset.
Everyone was professional and kind. I did not have to wait long to be seen. I had my questions answered clearly. My map app got me lost so I was a few minutes late but there were no negative repercussions. ETA….Recently had my third annual visit and exam and everyone was very professional and explained everything thoroughly.
Welcoming, respectful, thorough, pragmatic, and very clear communication. Highly recommend.
