Crooks. My elderly mother took her 5 lb. Chihuahua here when he was bleeding profusely from the neck. The doc said she thought it was a ruptured abscess, but she couldn’t evaluate it because he was “in too much pain and wouldn’t let her examine it.” The staff sent me an estimate for almost $3200 just to anesthetize him, shave the fur, evaluate the wound, and send the fluid out for testing. Instead, they did absolutely nothing but write scripts for antibiotics and Gabapentin. (They wanted over $200 to fill the meds in-house.)... read more
Sorry it took me so long to get this review out, but I just got back from my birthday trip unfortunately less than 24 hours before that trip our senior dog had a problem we took her in to this emergency vet not really sure what to expect and they were amazing about it all unfortunately, we did have to put her down But the staff at this vet made it so much easier than it would’ve been anywhere else. I had to take my fur baby in to see the doctor on Sunday. The staff and doctor were great. Very caring and friendly. The Facilty was clean and welcoming. I also received a follow up call to see how my baby was doing. I appreciated this greatly. Pricing was affordable too.
We saw Dr. Fanseca, he was great! Very patient, answered all our questions and thoroughly explained what was going on with our dog. We will absolutely come see him again for future emergency vet needs.
Called at midnight to tell them we were bringing our dog in with her back legs failing. As we walked in, the receptionist grabbed her Sonic Doordash and disappeared into the back for several minutes. When she came back out she was having issues processing a payment with another customer.
