Our furbaby scratched/punctured abscess on his back left shoulder. Dr. Queirolo, Alexia, Hannah and Jenna were able to take him quickly and drain it along with cleaning the area up. They were all so kind and very clear on the plan. The wait was not bad either. You can feel the love they have for all the fur kids that have emergencies. Thank you for providing great care of our furbaby River! He is doing amazing and the area is healing great! Thank you again!
We took our cat to Beacon after another vet performed abdominal surgery and screwed it up. Beacon was so kind, and very detailed., and they kept in constant contact with us while our cat was healing in their ER for 5 days. He came home 100 times better and is doing well. Everyone is so nice and so caring. We are very happy with how they treated our little guy.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during this crazy, unexpected situation with my dog. Overall, it was a great experience!
They really don’t care about animals. Most vet’s offices are joke since Covid. But this place is worse than the rest. Good luck if you go here and be prepared to spend over $600 for X-rays and another $650 for blood work. Update: I spoke with Carlos at Beacon and we had a very good conversation. We had a really good experience at Beacon. Our dog came in for bloodwork and fluids, and the staff was kind, patient, and gentle with her. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you for caring and taking such good care of her. We would definitely recommend this office.
