I can’t say enough wonderful things about Beacon Emergency Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Brianna and the entire staff were absolutely amazing in taking care of my dog, Russell. They were compassionate, caring, professional, and made us feel like we were in the best hands during a stressful situation. Absolutely thankful for this amazing 24/7 veterinary ER. Our frenchie was having an allergic reaction that progressed really quickly, and I called them frantic trying to find an emergency vet I could get to ASAP. If you have a frenchie...you know....They were so good to me on the phone letting me update them on the way so that they were ready when we arrived. The staff at Beacon is both professional and compassionate. Everything was communicated in an easy-to-understand way, all costs were detailed upfront, and the level of care is excellent. I have unfortunately been there twice in the last two weeks and have found everyone to be incredibly kind, caring, and informative. I’m a nervous dog mama who called every few hours, but I was never made to feel like a burden. 1 Star Very disappointing experience at Beacon Emergency Veterinary in Riverview. On August 31, we brought our small dog, Sparky, to Beacon after approximately three days of worsening illness. He was vomiting, extremely weak, barely responsive, and clearly in serious distress. His regular veterinarian had advised us earlier that day to go to an ER if he became unresponsive. This place was absolutely amazing! Marissa and Tiffany were great and did fantastic at making sure our pup was loved while there for an emergency surgery! Dr odum was fantastic as well. Thank you guys so much!
