Beacon Hospital saved Harry's life. Our sweet 2 yr old cat had a blocked bladder & a UTI. But, due to the excellent & intuitive care provided by Dtrs Kenig & Corrao and the nursing team of Hunter, Jamie & Noah (and all the other team members) Harry is on the road to recovery. A wonderful experience during a very scary situation. The staff took our pup back immediately. Dr. Matthews and her team acted quickly and our girl was back on her feet that night. All of the staff were so kind and supportive. They explained what was happening throughout the process and before every procedure they checked in with us. And big plus, they worked directly with our pet insurance (Trupanion), making payment easy. So happy to have a Vet ER that is so good, so close to home.
The Dr. And techs were AMAZING! It was very difficult for our daughter. They went above & beyond. We appreciate all their thoughtfulness. Our friend & neighbor recently had to put his dog of 17years to sleep. Once again you were GREAT!! THANK YOU so much for making such a difficult process little bit easier.
