About 2 weeks ago I tried contacting this counseling center and kept getting their voicemail. (Mind you I called 3 times throughout the day). Finally after the 3rd attempt I decieded to leave a voicemail thinking they couldn't just ignore my voicemail asking for help. Boy was I wrong because I have yet to hear from them! Very unprofessional in my opinion. They could have at least called back to say that their counselors were all booked or that I was on waiting list. Anything that would put my mind at ease.
