My experience with Beacon Community Staff was great. My experience with Beacon Community Staff was genuinely remarkable. We received IHS services through them, and they were very attentive to my grandma. Their staff is always polite and ready to help whenever needed. This is the first company we've had consistent and successful staffing with, and we really appreciate their dedication.
Beacon Community Care was providing HSS services to a friend of mine. We discovered this company had submitted fraudulent claims to Medicaid - at least 2 claims per month were submitted since 2024. They only provided services to my friend on about 5 occasions beginning in 2024. When my friend attempted to use the HSS benefit of $3000 to receive household items needed for his apartment, the owner of the company continually attempted to avoid placing my friend’s order. Was sent 8 denial of payments from my insurance with beacon listed as the provider; however not once in my life have I met with someone from beacon community care , been to beacon community care, or recieved help over the phone from beacon community care. What they could possibly be asking my insurance to pay, I have no idea. I was supposed to meet with someone from here, but after they did a no-call no-show, I had no interest in receiving services. Avoid this place if possible.
I have spoken with the manager Dina and she was 100% unprofessional I heard her son crying in the background she was unfocused and the company has no structure. I previously worked with Liz who was amazing and handled business DINA is not suitable fo the position. I’ll be passing on this on to the county as well
