Subpar from the top down in everyway possible. Just name one aspect of the company and property and it is subpar.
I have to say that Beacon Community's is the type place that i have always wanted to work for . I get up in the morning and look forward going to work unlike other jobs i may have had and the people i work with are excellent this company offers lots of training and opportunities to grow There are so many knowledgeable people in this company that are willing to take the next step to show there team mates on making the right choices in there careers. So happy living in my new community it's been over a year here now and have no complaints staff are amazing and go beyond any where that I have lived before no smoking policy works for me and having a small dog is allow here very happy thanks to the staff at ames shovel works apt
