An overall 4.7 . . . this review is May 2026, but based on my observations and experiences over the last four years. Out of respect for all patients, I’m not posting any photos as I typically do with reviews. My dad (now 89) has had several periods of rehab residence at Beacon Brook. I doubt that any facility in our health care chain is perfect, and look hard enough and we’ll always find flaws, but I’ve seen staff who really do care for the residents, really do listen and work patiently with families, and I can sleep at nigh... read more
Stuff very friendly and helpful. It’s very clean and bright
Visited our friend Paul who was in good spirits and told us that he's been treated well and that he hopes to be home soon and with the great help he's getting it could be soon
My first visit as a VITAS Volunteer was absolutely amazing 👏. Staff was extremely helpful and got to visit my client .My interaction with the staff was second to none. Looking forward to my visit next Friday 😊
