This was a great business interaction. Mark was super responsive and got our house appraised faster than we had thought was possible and gave us an incredibly thorough report. Plus they have a ton of experience with the area.
I guess my house was the only house in 2020 that did gain in value even though I put a ton of money and time into it. They idiots came in at the same value it praised for when I bought the home. They obviously don't know what they are doing. Stay clear unless you want a really low value of your house. First bad review I have ever left a business..
