Hmmm.... Loved them til I didn't need their services for a while then they want me to start over with an exam, x-rays, etc. The final 'tick me off statement' ... "THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY YOU CAN HAVE A 320 APPOINTMENT, THATS PRIME TIME FOR THOSE THAT WORK AT HOWMET". Well excuse me that I only WORK for MUSKEGON COUNTY and the last time i checked we had pretty good insurance. I'll find a new Chiropractor that doesn't care whom I work for.

Julie, I am sorry you are unhappy with our office. We do our best to serve every one of our practice members. When you were told that 3pm is a very busy time, it was because our staff didn't want you to have to wait. 3pm during the school year brings in people from Howmet, teachers and students. Out of respect for your time, they informed you that 3pm was very busy so you could pick a different time with less of a wait. You were always welcome to come in at 3pm.
