We hired Beachy to build our Barndominium and it started smooth at 1st. Then the site manager was fired and everything went wrong. We had to catch up the new contractor on what had been done, ordered, or in progress. Then, halfway through the build they decided to change our payment contract. We had a signed agreement to pay certain percentages and to this point, we were paid up. They would not continue our build until the rest of the cost had been paid. We hired this company to build a home for us around December 2023. The house was livable, but not quite finished late October 2024. We still need work done at the house as of today (7/17/2025) there are multiple things that still need to be addressed and finished. We have tried contacting Jesse numerous times to get our final walk-through completed and review our homes warranty. Our build began in december of 2023 and there are still major issues yet to be resolved; we have water seepage coming into our house during heavy rain, which is very evident from the visible gap between concrete and the wall of the house from the outside. This has happened twice. Jesse has never been out to see after we contacted him. We have never had a final walkthrough even though we have made several attempts through emails and texts .
