I can’t fault a single thing during our whole build. Any ‘concerns’ were actioned immediately & a lot of care went into the planning process. We had a great experience with Beachwood and they are a great option if you’re looking for a smaller builder feel with large builder connections. Brayden’s attention to detail was better than ours during practical completion and we are very happy that he was the one to see our build through to the end! Thanks guys
Our experience with the Beachwood team at Bankside has been excellent. Zac and his team have been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. My house construction is currently about halfway through. While some earlier issues have been resolved after multiple communications, I want to highlight a few serious concerns that are still unresolved. 1. Missing foundation and unsafe brickwork: A major structural issue was discovered at the front section of the house where a concrete footing was completely forgotten during construction.
