I can’t fault a single thing during our whole build. Any ‘concerns’ were actioned immediately & a lot of care went into the planning process. We had a great experience with Beachwood and they are a great option if you’re looking for a smaller builder feel with large builder connections. Brayden’s attention to detail was better than ours during practical completion and we are very happy that he was the one to see our build through to the end! Thanks guys

The fence panels on my property were damaged during Beachwood’s works, and getting them to acknowledge and rectify the issue was far more difficult than it should have been. Communication was minimal, updates were repeatedly withheld, and I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic information. My neighbour had to push them as well before any action was taken. After a long wait to get started things are moving along well now. So far the construction of our new house at Cape woolamai is looking great and we are very happy so far, once started.The trades are very efficient and on time. Can't wait for the brickwork and cladding to be done . Our house is finished 😃 The quality and finish is excellent and we are so happy. My house construction is currently about halfway through. While some earlier issues have been resolved after multiple communications, I want to highlight a few serious concerns that are still unresolved. 1. Missing foundation and unsafe brickwork: A major structural issue was discovered at the front section of the house where a concrete footing was completely forgotten during construction. While there are builders who build houses, there are builders who build with passion, and that’s exactly what we experienced from Beachwood Homes. We were former clients of Porter Davis, unfortunately one of their clients who was affected by the company’s closure.
