My first apartment with my boyfriend and we don’t regret it!! Melina has been the best and helped us with a smooth move in. Maintenance have been very very attentive. Recommend choosing beachwood as your first apartment. We do get 1 designated parking but the second one is first come first serve or you pay an extra fee for the parking elevators. So sometimes parking can be a tad bit of a hassle especially on weekends but beside from that everyone is so nice. Highly recommend and thank you to Melina 🩷
We lived here for quite some time and we had a great experience. The property manager Elizabeth is awesome, very sweet & helpful. The maintenance team was great, handled all of our work orders promptly. Great community we loved our neighbors!
Horrible place to deliver packages to, especially during hours when management is not open. There is no carrier code provided.
Crew was very quick in responding to my request and day of, fixed the issue. A dehumidifier was installed for a day and picked up the next day. Thank you!
