Unfortunately, my experience with Beach Walk Rental Properties was extremely disappointing. The property was not what was advertised in the listing, and several of the amenities and conditions presented in the listing did not match what we actually received. The property was also far dirtier and more poorly maintained than expected. This was our third year staying at Beachwalk and it will be our last. The good news is that the beach is awesome and there are a lot of things for the family to do. We rented a large house to fit the 14 people in our family. Fun time. Bad thing was rent increase by 30+%, the place was filthy when we moved in (picture of one of the toilets attached), door locks that had not worked in the past not working, garbage and recycling not picked up from the previous renters and never picked us when we were there. My family and I stayed at Sun King/The Jester and we were very displeased with our stay. The place was very dirty. It felt like it wasn’t cleaned at all despite the beds being made. There was poop on the floor in one of the bathrooms, dried ice cream on a chair, excessive dust on the baseboards and air return vents. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned and the vacuum was broken so we could not clean it ourselves The place itself was also rundown.
