I went to get some teeth extracted and to get a top and bottom partial made. Dr. McPhatter is an awesome dentist for extracting teeth! It was understood that I would be getting a top and a bottom partial. This happened in April it is now June, and I just called today June 11, 2021, and they’re telling me that I have only paid for the top partial, which doesn’t even fit correctly because my gums have shrunk and I have some tooth or bone particle back in my gum that is protruding!
