My friends unit got flooded after they let the seal deteriorate and then it burned down ruining all her stuff. This place is garbage.

Elle, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your friend experienced this. We are aware of what happened and there was a little water that came in under a garage door seal. We comped the tenant a month's rent and asked if they wanted to move to a different unit. As for the fire, it was caused by another tenant and we are now working with the fire department and police department as well as the insurance companies. How about NOT automatically raising our rent every year, above and beyond any real cost of living increases? This is a straight up ripoff and I'm looking to eliminate my need for a storage unit, FAST. You raise my rent and I get no additional benefit for it. That's just evil.
