Not an honest company. Hired them to clean my rental condo. One time they NEVER even showed up. Didn't do a good job when they did clean. They took all the extra towels and sheets in my unit and never replaced them. I had to go out and buy new and Justin said he would reimburse me the cost and he didn't. He said he has trouble keeping good help, this I understand, but don't take on new clients if you can't handle the load. He claims to be an honest, but he is not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I have worked with Beachside Solutions and Justin for the last 6 years and completely trust him and his team. He was always very responsive and professional. Even if there was an occasional complain from guest, they have promptly taken care of the situation. After Melanie has joined the communication has become even better.
