In June of 1988 I started my journey in my personal recovery. After my first year clean and sober, I went to college with a the intent to help other people, like myself who had a desire to enter a new life in recovery. Beachside changed my life. I went through PHP January of 2016 and learned so much. I did not follow their suggestions which resulted in a relapse. I went again July 2016 and I followed all of their suggestions including going to sober living/IOP. I was able to return home with a solid foundation and the tools to stay sober. I am grateful for the staff, and all the great people I met there. I recommend this to anyone who is ready to take the first step to a new life.
