I endured verbal and mental abuse from Karen daily! I was refused the PTSD treatment as promised. I was treated like an addict and I was there for PTSD only!
Beachside was the best !!! I just came across you guys ! I went here ! I wasn’t the best client ! But I’m happy to say I have over 3 years clean !!!! Love to all of you ❤️

I had an abusive experience there from the staff. I was there for PTSD only and they were very willing to take my 20k plus in cash. Karen was verbally and mentally abusive towards me and I witnessed it with others there. Being cursed and screamed at daily is the norm there. Clients come here when broken and shouldn’t be beat down more. I am now paying for the right PTSD treatment locally and Beachside refuses to compensate me for services not received but was promised. **Update February 14, 2018. Beachside called to say the bills were a mistake and they would send retractions via email and mail. It's been weeks. They never came. They told SAMHSA that they told me she could return for free if she relapsed. That is a flat out lie. Beachside management will lie and cheat to get as much money out of you as possible.
