We are VERY disappointed in Beachside Blinds and Drapes. We made an appointment for this vendor on HomeAdvisor. Everything seemed to go well at first. Curtis, the owner, showed up on time and seemed very knowledgeable. About a week later we ordered hurricane shutters from him and put down a 50% deposit. We have not seen him since. Over a month ago, he told us that our shutters had arrived. For the past three weeks, he has promised to put up our shutters but all sorts of incidents keep coming up.
