From the return call to set up our appointment, the text to confirm and request for email for invoice, the administrative staff was very helpful. The service technician was prompt and professional. He explained the issues with the unit and provided and estimate for the repair. He was very quick and efficient. Our AC was up and running in no time! We already scheduled them for general maintenance. These folks are great! We highly recommend them for any AC repairs or new system.

I had Beachside Air come out for maintenance service before the hot summer months ahead. The scheduling process was easy and they were very responsive. Hayden was handling my service call and was extremely professional from start to finish. He called when he was on his way which was great. Friendly service techs. Ontime, did the job and extremely pleasant. Bill came via email and paid easily with credit card. They have installed 5 units for us. Come quickly if there is any problem. Send you reminders when they are due for service. Highly recommend.

Guys, when I tell you I was in a pickle it was just that. I have a 4 and a 5 year old and no ac in July could mean the death of many things. My sanity included. The team at Beachside had me up and running within 3 hours of the call. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, the kindness, and the speed in which they responded. A++++++++. They earned my business for life!
