Great place to live; my move in experience was smooth and quick. Joel and Steve are great managers. They are fast to help with anything I need and they keep the building clean and running well.
This building is very well run by Joel and his assistant Steve. Both are very responsive, kind and helpful. The building is very clean and quiet.
As residents here at BeachHill Apartments for almost two years now, we still have a great experience since day 1 especially when our current resident manager, Joel Samson, took over, and later on, with the help of Steve. The cleanliness, orderliness, and service to all the residents are exceptional. All the information and important announcements are properly disseminated; and all concerns are promptly addressed to. Keep it up, Joel and Steve! You're doing a great job!
I have lived at these apartments for a few years now and I have never had a more responsive, kind and efficient manager like Joel. He is always happy to help in whatever way he can! Truly appreciate him ver much.
