I’ve had such a wonderful experience living in this apartment building. The neighbours are amazing, and the Resident Manager, Joel Samson, is extremely diligent, responsive, and communicative. The building is very well maintained, and maintenance is carried out regularly. I’m very happy with my decision to move here.
We have been living here for almost two years, and we are very happy here! The building administrator, Joe, always responds to my questions and requests whenever I need assistance. The building is clean and pet-friendly, and we truly love living here. I fully recommend Beaches Hill Apartments. One of the things I like the most is that I never hear noise from my neighbors. It’s a very nice environment, and all the tenants are friendly.
My family and I been living in BeachHill Apartment for about a month now, and honestly it’s been a nice experience so far. The environment is quiet and clean, and the apartment feels comfortable and homey. Moving in was smooth, and the management/staff were approachable and helpful. I also like the location because everything I need is accessible. Overall, we're enjoying our stay here and I’m excited to continue living here.
Our new building manager, Joel Samson, has made a huge and positive impact. After a year the building has been clean, well- managed and the residents are very happy. We have needed his help on several occasions and in each case, he readily made himself available. He is open to suggestions and very receptive when we need his assistance. Our sincere thanks.
Convenient location with a helpful and friendly property manager. Easy access to metro, go rail, tram and buses, as well as walking distance to the beach.
