Joel is very committed to the care of the building and for all tenants to have a positive experience. He is quick to solve issues and with a cheerful manner.
Our new building manager, Joel Samson, has made a huge and positive impact. The building has been clean, well- managed and the residents are very happy. He is open to suggestions and very receptive when we need his assistance. Our sincere thanks.
Joel does an excellent job. He is friendly, responsive and very good at making sure we residents know what is going on. The building is well maintained and kept very clean. It's a pleasure to see him in the building and around the neighbourhood.
Been living at Beachill for ~2 months now and extremely thankful for our manager Joel. This is my first ever apartment at 22, and I moved all the way from Ireland. Not only has Joel provided instant support for anything I asked about but also helped me immigrate to Toronto and helped me with the entire process of renting the apartment. Extremely thankful for him and see him as a friend here more than a manager :)
