Joel did an amazing job at showing us around the apartment.
I had a very good experience living here. Joel, the apartment manager, was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever I need help. I would definitely recommend this place.
We retired to Toronto and chose this building for 2 main reasons: bright windows in the suite and location! No need for a car. Easy TTC transportation in all directions (8 minute bus ride to the beach, 20 minute walk to family). We have nicknamed our living area "the sunroom" because of the amount of light. I’ve had such a wonderful experience living in this apartment building. The neighbours are amazing, and the Resident Manager, Joel Samson, is extremely diligent, responsive, and communicative. The building is very well maintained, and maintenance is carried out regularly. I’m very happy with my decision to move here.
