It has now been just over 2 years since becoming a resident at the beautiful, newly renovated Beachfronter Townhouses in Ventura California. The is a beautiful property that is right next to the ocean and the Ventura boardwalk. Not only does it have a great view, but the property manager Shari is fantastic! If you're looking for beach life living, this is the place.
I've lived here a long time and the manager is as sweet as she can be the grounds are as nice as they could be and the service request s are on time it's a beautiful place to live
The Beachfronter is an amazing place, a community that you will not find anywhere else. Shari who manages the place is wonderful, so are the people, the animals and NOTHING compares to the location. Surfs Up !!!
I’ve been here since June and absolutely love it. Every evening I can fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Daytime is birds and wind chimes. Open the windows on my bottom floor pad and the cross breeze is soothing. Quick walk to the promenade for an oceanside walk or downtown for some good eats. Most important is the community - people are so friendly. Shari the manager and Adrian the maintenance man are a team who make sure this place is beautiful and clean all the time.
