If I could leave zero stars, I would. Patricia Rapan did not treat me with dignity or respect at any point in this process. She submitted my personal information without my consent, misrepresented my employment status, and undermined my financial profile—resulting in an absurd demand for six deposits. At one point, she outright stated that I was unemployed, despite the fact that I run a highly successful consulting business where I charge $1,500 per hour. Patricia helped me transitioning from one landlord to the new owner of my rental when she sold it. She is a very professional and kind woman, always very nice and helpful, with any questions you might have.
