This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet, ocean views and breezes. We chose this rental blindly, and were so happy we did. It is just off the Strand (the main beach street) which is where many of the beach rentals seem to be. We had access to all that without being directly on it. The Strand really busy and noisy, with people, cars, bikes, music, etc. We could leave the sliding doors open day and night and enjoy the breezes and the sound of waves. We saw dolphins! DO NOT STAY HERE - we arrived on a Friday night, and had our electric bike locked to our car - parked in the garage and it was stolen over night. The property seems like it is secure because there are codes to each door to get into the building, stairwell, and unit. However, they left a sliding door open in the garage for easy access to get in and steal stuff. SUPER SKETCHY. They also broke our bike rack to get the bike off the car. Just got back from Oceanside, CA. Absolutely loved our stay right on the beach. The unit was very clean. Spectacular views. Great underground parking. We will definitely be booking this again.
If you are looking to book last minute, I would skip this company. They do not understand multiple home addresses. They are also not capable of high level customer service or late night arrivals due to travel. Plenty of other companies that are willing and grateful to have your business.
