Do not use this company! We had horrible experience in late July at one of their locations on Pacific Street in Oceanside. Outside patio and awnings were full of bird droppings upon arrival and they refused to clean it up even though we booked a very expensive 10 day stay. To make matters worse, the secured garage gate, which is advertised as a feature for this building, was left open from afternoon on one day to (at least) mid morning on the next day. it was a tough week with the sweltering temperatures and we had a few issues with the AC which Allie from the head office was able to resolve rapidly with her maintenance staff, so thanks Allie!

Overall maintenance of house was poor, downstairs AC wasn’t working, temps over 90 degrees when we arrived, never got better. No help from 24/7 support, no one. Ever came out as promised, we had to keep texting them for an update, they eventually ghosted us. Beware.
Neat place, excellent location and view. Not so good, 2 ac units inoperable, 85deg rooms the first night, they came and replaced 1 unit next day, the first unit with problems the window fitting fell out for the 5th time in 2 days, nothing like duct taping stuff together on vacation. Fridge also subpar on temp and wouldn’t hold the set temperature. Maintenance needs a step up for the price. Silly to put AC and ceiling fans on timers that stop them from running all the time when needed on a heat wave. Would go back to the area... read more
