Return my money!!!!!!! I initially applied for a unit and you took $300 from me and the unit is not available and you don’t want to give my money back!!! I tried to claim a dispute and you’re trying to claim that we had a successful transaction when I never pushed through because you don’t have an available unit!

Do not do business with this company. They manage about ten properties in Buckhead and apparently from what I am reading here they are all slum properties. Someone's pipes burst on Christmas Day so they shut off the water to our entire building, then my heat stopped working in 19 degree weather and I am sick with a cold but management refuses to answer the phone or return my phone calls. So thats two days with no water and one day with no heat.
So many roaches at the Beverly Hills Inn! I cannot express my disgust with this company. Pest control is supposed to be included in the rent(according to the contract) however, the management always has an excuse of why it’s not provided. Our regular manager has been out for a few months and a woman named Alondra Sanchez has been working as our manager for him… she is hands down the worst apartment manager I’ve ever had to deal with.
