My experience with Dr Tim and the Receptionist was 5/5. I already made a mistake of coming late to appointment, forgot to bring my referral letter and blood works. But they made me feel comfortable. Dr Tim was interested to hear my issue and gave very good opinion on the case. I will highly recommend his service and the team. Very new and clean environment as well.
I would not recommend Dr Jeremy Wang. He was very unprofessional and uninterested. I had to prompt him to ask what the issue was when the appointment started and after telling him my situation, he simply said I can’t do anything for you. I had to persist and request further details on why that was the case when he wanted the appointment to end in two minutes, and still charge me as much as he can without providing any specialist advice.
