We just bought a house in Saint Augustine Beach and are doing major remodeling which requires working with a number of contractors. Jon with Beaches Plumbing is by far one of the best contractors. He is professional, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and a master at his trade. Plus, no drama. John is an excellent master plumber, evident in his knowledge of the trade. Our guest bathroom shower was not providing enough hot water - the cold flow was strong, but as the handle was turned towards hot, the flow would diminish quite a bit. After inspecting the cartridge and poking around, John figured out that the hot water inlet valve to the shower head was not opened all the way. Problem fixed! I had a replacement cartridge just in case (but it was the wrong shape anyway). I'm glad the issue was easily solved.
Great plumber! My hot water heater failed late at night. He showed up first thing the next morning, gave me a reasonable price, and finished the entire installation process for a new heater quickly and efficiently. Honestly couldn’t have imagined better service or better professionalism!
John did an excellent job replacing two of my faucets, and providing advice on other issues. Don’t hesitate to call if you need a quality plumber. A+++
