RecommendedI would like to recommend Beaches Pediatrics to everyone. They were punctual, nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Walker and Dr. Rivera treated my granddaughters with so much love. They are also patient and kind with special needs children. Lastly, if you need a practice where the doctor and staff speak Spanish fluently please give them a call.
Horrible customer service. They are very rude people. They do not care at all about you or your child(ren). Go else where. Ever since the practice was sold, they have been going downhill. Avoid at all costs! They denied me the opportunity to talk to the doctor because I didn’t feel comfortable going into a room. They kept hanging up on me and putting me on hold. They are horrible. Do not go to Dr. Rivera. This doctor discriminated against me.
We having been taking our 3 girls to Beaches in Bartram Park for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Having only just moved here and leaving our family doctor behind I was worried of finding somewhere I’d love and feel 100% taking the girls too and Dawn at beaches pediatrics changed that immediately. My little girl has been going to Beaches Pediatrics since she was born and our older daughter started being seen there when the baby was born. Hands down best pediatric office. In emergencies, like last minute appointments, I call, I need you all to see her today, they are always available and accommodating. Dr. Turk is the best, she knows the girls and they are so comfortable with her. The staff is the best, they know who I am when I call and they treat our family as an extension of their office family. Everyone is always so friendly and great with the kids! Zoe is always a pleasure. Angel and Kim are amazing with the kiddos and I can’t say enough about Dawn. Dawn really makes me feel comfortable and my kids absolutely love her. She always takes special care to hear our needs and does her best to find a solution. She is a such a valuable asset to that office! I look forward to bringing my kids to her for years to come!
