If I could give one star, I would! I’ve been a patient of this place since the very beginning when Dr. Dessa arrived! He is a great guy and a great doctor, but good luck ever getting an appointment with him, or having the receptionist answer the phone! Not only are the receptionist, rude, but they never answer I’ve currently been waiting two weeks for a prescription to be faxed and then when I called to ask what was going on I was talk to rudely and asked to speak to Managment and the girl laughed at me. Unfortunately, the doctors they staff here are the ones that got B's and C's in medical school. In both instances when I went to them, I was missed diagnosed. The doctors just dont care...you are a number to them that needs to be booked & processed so that they can get their OHIP fee. If you can, go someplace else...

I have been going to the Beaches Family Practice for over 7 years . Dr.Desa has been my doctor for approximately 6 of those years . Both Dr.Desa and his staff are helpful & polite ! Also very accommodating! I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good experience with a team that will go the extra mile ! Thank you

You're better off Googling your symptoms. Doctor never available, today the office was closed because the doctor was "done for the day". The closed sign they were using looked well worn. Wasn't the first time I've been turned away. Get it together.
