Very customer service oriented office. Concerned at all times about my comfort. Also a very progressive office offering up to date equipment that provides for a more customer oriented environment. Also the staff continuously kept me informed of what they were doing and how much longer the procedure would last. Thank you.

I love this office I never looked forward to visiting the dentist until I came to Jax Bch Family Dentistry. They are all so nice and professional, and it doesn't hurt that they have some cute girls working up front ;)

Trudy Froelich I had a tooth that had been causing me pain for over a week and I called around and Jax Beaches Family Dentistry made me an appointment by 1 p.m. the following day and I did not call them till almost closing time the previous day.The Dr. Liz Alfuente was excellent and very compassionate towards me when extracting my tooth. Also, the dental assistant was excellent. They really informed me of my options before I made a final decision and was very helpful in financing me. I have never been treated so amazing The Dentists and their staff were very helpful with making it possible for me to smile again. My teeth were very damaged from years of coffee stains, and were very broken and jagged! But now thanks to Dr. Elizabeth Alfuente I can smile without fear of showing my severely Messed up teeth! In fact her touch is so gentle I did not even feel when she needed to knock out the nerves in my jaw so I wouldn't feel the drilling. I do not like Needles in my mouth, but she made me feel at ease as she... read more

Being a classic "anxious" dental patient has made it hard for me for decades, but not anymore! Dr. Michelle is amazing. I say that after some rather extensive work that took several visits, each lasting a minimum of 4 hours. Never once did she hurt my mouth. It's more than her skill, however, her "chair-side manner" takes the experience to another level.
