I thought this was a wonderful establishment and I enjoyed going. I felt heard by the doctors and felt like I was getting somewhere with treatment. I am unsatisfied that they do not take appointments after 1:30pm that make it nearly impossible to get out of work and go. I am also very disappointed in finding out that my doctor is actually in her rotations along with all the other doctors besides the owner. This made me feel extremely overwhelmed due to the end rotations years so my case will just be handed off to a new docto... read more
Dr. Galliano is incredibly knowledgeable and provides thorough, thoughtful information. The staff is very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this office.
My experience with Dr. Galliano and most of her staff was actually very good. The reason for the lower rating is that she has unfortunately made the mistake of hiring her husband, Barney, as the office administrator and billing supervisor. Barney is completely incompetent in his position(s) and has a habit of lying in order to cover for his inadequacies/laziness.
