So disappointed in our call to the clinic this morning. We are new to the area and had been referred to dr Daniels. Last night suddenly noticed nasty open sore and big lump on our dog. Because we were not a current client, and they were busy, whomever we talked to couldn't have cared less. They were too busy to deal with paperwork for a new patient and it "wasn't an emergency".. Thankfully someone else did care to squeeze us in. She has cancer, and will have surgery.

We're so sorry about your experience today. Please be assured that our receptionist did absolutely everything she could to work you in, and could not find a way. We had a life threatening, emergency surgery that our doctor had to make herself available for, immediately after seeing her appointments on a fully booked schedule and many work-ins for the day. Dr. Daniels and his amazing staff have kept our dog Flintstone alive. Flintstone eats metal, stuffed balls and stuffed animals in record time, he basically ate our backyard - you name it. My husband and I love Beaches Animal Clinic for their compassion, care and professionalism.
