I have never found a condo closer to the beach than this one! The view from the balcony was beautiful and ease of the access was quick & easy. Cannot beat the price either!

Absolutely amazing place!!! Beautiful view of ocean, very well kept. Everyone you met was so friendly & had such a good vibe. It was my 1st time in this part of Florida the money I paid extra to rent here after this experience & have to access to a private beach that was calm, relaxing, quiet (even with small children) Always dealt with public beaches & after such an amazing vacation I will definitely be returning.
We have been coming here for more than ten years. We always know what to expect. And one of those things was crappy WiFi. But this year, we found they have done a major upgrade. I brought my fire stick, and have my own tv and I’ve had zero issues with the signal. All the wifi issues of the past have been completely fixed. BL is always maintaining the property and striving to make it better. And they are succeeding.
Stayed in room 326 and loved the decor! I adore the mermaid decor! The condo had everything we could have needed and bed was very comfortable. The balcony had amazing view! We had some issues with bugs on the balcony and front door area but that’s not their fault! Just the climate I guess. Went to dollar general and picked up some bug spray and that did the trick. we love the view and location. we have stayed here before and love it. we stayed on the 4th floor, went thru vacation rental place near by. the floor was sticky and dirty( noticed this after i cleaned the floor)the ceiling fan have not been dusted in a few months. 1 roll of TP 1 ply for 2 people for 7 days, we had to buy our own, they felt 1 roll was good enough i did mention the dirty floor before we left and was told i should have told them—no i should not have to tell them, they need to make sure it’s clean
