Beachbrook Village is a very secure and well maintained building with efficient and responsive management. Anna is super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great location too!

Beach Living at Its Best Beachbrook Village Apartments is a gem- even though the building is older inside the apartments are well maintained. The location alone is hard to beat — just steps from the beach, King Harbor Pier, and the Hollywood Riviera. It genuinely feels like a coastal getaway you get to call home. Great apartment complex great service Anna. The property manager is very responsive. Me and my wife are very excited to stay here.
Wonderful building. Enjoyed living here. The selling point for me was how close it is to the beach... but especially appreciated how the management was always on top of everything, in a timely manner.
