The complex is sparkling clean, the amenities are great: thermic pool, jacuzzi temperature is on point and my kids and I love the pool table on the weekends! Anna is a great manager, always ready to solve problems and super friendly! 10/10!
Beachbrook Village is a very secure and well maintained building with efficient and responsive management. Anna is super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great location too!

Beach Living at Its Best Beachbrook Village Apartments is a gem- even though the building is older inside the apartments are well maintained. The location alone is hard to beat — just steps from the beach, King Harbor Pier, and the Hollywood Riviera. It genuinely feels like a coastal getaway you get to call home. The amenities are good - the pool and spa are perfect for unwinding, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the gated underground parking gives real peace of mind.
