I have had to use them on a few emergency situations and have found them very compassionate and they have always explained the costs and done everything to keep it as low as possible. My dog has a problem with seizures and has had a couple of episodes in the waiting area. They have jumped the counter taken her from me and rushed her to the rear area for immediate care. You may find others who are equally as good, but not any better.
