Good Food My husband and I stopped in to the Beach Tavern the other day - we hadn't been there in years. The atmosphere is quiet, but the food was good. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the walk to the water from here was very close. It's a well kept place, but older. The prices were good for the amount of food you received.
A favorite spot I love going into the beach! The food is AMAZING!! You can watch sporting games on the big screen that is located within the tavern or play shuffle board, darts or pool. You can order to go and if you got kids there is a restaurant next door with the same delicious food!
Get new bartenders – Food is pretty good. Drinks, same as anywhere. Don't order a well drink from Mark because it wasn't right. Sat there for two hours with only one drink. Mark never came back to ask if I wanted anything. I wanted food and another drink but i guess the bar must be doing so well they don't need my money. I had to finally get up and walk to the bar to pay my $3.50 tab. He threw the change from my $20 down on the bar out of my reach. I had to lean over a bar patron to pick it up.
